Renault Argentina launched the updated Kardian , the compact crossover that was named "Car of the Year 2025" by Grupo Premia, a group of specialized automotive industry journalists.

One year after its arrival on the local market, the Kardian received equipment improvements , raising its level of technology, connectivity and safety.

It also restructured its range, which now includes three versions (the Techno 200 EDC variant has been discontinued), and revised its prices compared to the list published at the beginning of August.

The entry-level variant (Evolution MT), equipped with the 115 hp 1.6 engine and five-speed manual transmission, has been reduced by $650,000 , leaving it at $30,400,000.

What the renewed Kardian brings

The new Iconic (full) version also includes two additional USB Type-C ports, while the digital instrument panel has grown from 7" to 10.2". The rest of the range retains the 7" display.

It also acquired a connected services module that allows remote access to various functions through the My Renault app.

  • Vehicle Geolocation : Allows you to easily locate your car in large parking lots or unfamiliar environments, showing its exact location and last time of use.

  • Remote operations : Lights and horn can be activated from the app to make locating them easier.

This service will be available free of charge for the first three years , thanks to the addition of a telemetry unit with a 5G modem and integrated eSIM, which allows the vehicle to connect directly to the cloud.
